WCED Roundtable Discussion. America's Democratic Vulnerabilities

Panelists will discuss papers to be featured in a forthcoming special issue of The ANNALS of the American Academy of Political and Social Science. The issue's editors and contributing authors examine different aspects of democratic instability and erosion in the United States and offer suggestions for democratic repair, reform, and revitalization. Topics to be covered include the growing urban-rural political divide, as well as American federalism and political inequality.
