AEF Richard Tufenkian Scholarship
Three $3,000 scholarships are available for undergraduate students attending university/college in the USA. Scholarship Criteria: Armenian descent; financial need; Armenian community service; undergraduate full-time student at accredited U.S. university/college; 3.0 minimum GPA.
Grants awarded annually to graduate and post-graduate students of Armenian descent who are residents/citizens of the United States or Armenia, enrolled in highly competitive colleges/universities in the United States.
Armenian Allied Arts Association
Financial awards are offered through an annual arts competition. Competition categories include: art, literature, drama, poetry, instrumental music, vocal music, and music composition. Age eligibility varies with the area of competition, but in general there are children, junior and senior categories. At least one parent must be of Armenian descent. Participants do not have to be U.S. citizens.
Armenian American Citizen’s League Educational & Scholarship Fund
Applicant must be a permanent resident of the United States who has been living in California for at least two years and is currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university anywhere in the U.S. A minimum GPA of 3.0 (B average) is required. Awards are granted on the basis of grades, financial need and involvement in Armenian and/or community activities. Students from Armenia are eligible, but only if they meet the above criteria.
Armenian International Woman’s Association
The AIWA Scholarship Program awards scholarships to full time female junior, senior, or graduate students of Armenian descent from anywhere in the world with demonstrated financial need and a minimum GPA of 3.2.
Armenian American Medical Society (AAMS) Scholarship Awards
The AAMS awards scholarships annually to qualified Armenian students enrolled in a United States-accredited program in the fields of medical, pharmacy, dental, physician assistant, nursing, mental health, or other professional healthcare schools.
Armenian Professional Society Scholarships
The APS Scholarships are open to students who have been accepted or enrolled in a graduate school in the United States. Selection is based on financial need, scholastic achievements, faculty recommendations, and involvement in the Armenian Community.
Armenian Relief Society (ARS) Scholarships
The ARS Scholarship Fund was established in 1983 to support students interested in pursuing educational studies that would benefit their local community after graduation. Over the years, the Fund has grown through general donations and wills. The ARS Scholarship Fund includes the “Eremian”, “Jizmajian”, “Baghdoyan”, “Baloonian”, and “Kalaydjian” funds. Scholarships are awarded based on merit, need, and Armenian community involvement. Applicants must be accepted as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college or university.
Armenian Renaissance Association (ARA) Scholarships
$2000 scholarships to undergraduate and graduate Armenian students from Michigan. For application and eligibility requirements, please email [email protected].
In order to be eligible for an Armenian Students Association Scholarship, you must be a full-time students at a four-year accredited U.S. college or university, and be a U.S. citizen OR possess appropriate Visa status in order to study in the U.S.

Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation is awarding travel grants, scholarships, short term grants to qualified students, early-career academics, researchers and teachers.
John M. Azarian Memorial Armenian Youth Scholarship Fund
The purpose of the John M. Armenian Memorial Armenian Youth Scholarship Fund is to award scholarships to students of Armenian descent who demonstrate compelling financial need, academic achievement, and Armenian church related activities.
