The Center for Southeast Asian Studies organizes and sponsors a number of events such as lectures, film screening, workshops, symposia, conferences, exhibits, and performances throughout the year. FLAS Fellowships provide tuition support and a stipend to students studying designated foreign languages in combination with area studies or international aspects of professional studies. Fellowships are offered for the academic year and for summer in the U.S. or abroad.
