John Ciorciari is associate professor of public policy. He is a faculty affiliate of the Center for Southeast Asian Studies, Center for Middle Eastern and North African Studies, Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies, Weiser Center for Emerging Democracies, and Human Rights Program. His book, The Limits of Alignment: Southeast Asia and the Great Powers since 1975, investigates the power alignments of small and middle states in Southeast Asia.
