Shaman Drum Bookshop celebrates the release of Valerie Kivelsons's new book, "Picturing Russia: Explorations in Visual Culture" (Yale, 2008; co-edited by Joan Neuberger) with a wine & cheese reception. Valerie Kivelson is professor of history and a CREES faculty associate at the University of Michigan. Joan Neuberger is professor of history at the University of Texas at Austin.
