Leigh Saris, 2016 Jean Monnet Graduate Fellow

The Center for European Studies is pleased to announce the 2016 Jean Monnet Graduate Fellows. Three students have been selected for the award, which is a summer grant of $5,000 to support research on contemporary or historical issues relating to Europe that address trans-national or pan-European topics in a substantive way.

The 2016 Jean Monnet Graduate Fellows are: Johanna Folland (history), Lavrentia Karamaniola (anthropology), and Leigh S. Saris (anthropology). To read more about their indivudual projects, please visit the CES Jean Monnet Fellows page.

Funding for the awards comes from the Center for European Studies and the Horace H. Rackham School of Graduate Studies.
