Academic Programs

Students interested in Europe and/or Eurasia can pursue degree programs offered by the Center for European Studies-European Union Center (CES-EUC) and Center for Russian and East European Studies (CREES). CES-EUC and CREES maintain lists of courses related to their respective regions and support education abroad and other student funding opportunities.  

In Fall 2008 to accompany the launch of the Weiser Center for Emerging Democracy, WCED Director Michael Kennedy introduced a new graduate seminar, Sociology of Emerging Democracies. Please re-visit our website in the coming months for more information about WCED academic opportunities.
