Major Project:
- Development of a financially sustainable model of health care delivery for mission driven hospitals in emerging markets. Currently collaborating with Virika Hospital in Fort Portal, Uganda. Will also work with Kumi Hospital on the eastern side of Uganda, beginning 2008. Funded by William Davidson Institute and in partnership with the Ross School of Business.
