II Education Abroad Opportunities
The Office of International Programs oversees education abroad opportunities for the U-M College of Literature, Science, and the Arts (LSA). In addition, some of the Centers and Programs in the International Institute also offer education abroad opportunities. For information on education abroad opportunities through the International Institute, visit the funding section of our website.
Students planning to study abroad or interested in an education abroad opportunity sponsored by the International Institute or any of its Centers and Programs should consult the U-M International Travel Oversight Committee web site for U-M Overseas Travel Guidelines, links to information resources on international travel, as well as the U-M International Travel Registration Web site. Students who receive education abroad sponsorship by the International Institute or its constituent units are reminded that registration on the on-line International Travel Registry is required. Faculty and staff who lead students on trips abroad or who are engaged in research or other work connected with academic, professional, or University business are strongly encouraged to register on that site as well.
Visit our section on U-M International Resources for information on other University of Michigan education abroad resources beyond the International Institute.
